Step #1 in the new High Bright system, the Blondage High Bright Pre-Shampoo Treatment preps hair with chelating agents to clarify before washing it.
HOW TO USE
Apply to wet hair, comb through and leave-in 5-10 minutes then rinse.
IMPORTANT: Blondage High Bright System should be used until desired brightness is reached.
Once desired brightness is reached, stop usage of pre-treatment.
